Ingredients
Red:
1/4 C Goji berries, soaked for 20 minutes
1 banana
Green:
2 handful of spinach
1 apple, seeded and peeled
1 banana
1 cup of filtered water
Instructions
Blend all red ingredients, set aside.
Blend all green ingredients separately.
Pour red ingredients in a glass and then pour green ingredients on top gently not to disturb the red layer.
Enjoy!

1/2 avocado
1 apple
1 banana
1 handful spinach
1 Cup filtered water
1/2 cayenne pepper, chopped (optional)
1 Tablespoon Dulse flakes (optional)
Instructions
Put all ingredient in your blender and blend until smooth. You can adjust the water for consistency.

Ingredients
1/2 Cup soaked Pecan Nuts
1 papaya, peeled and seeded
1 ripe banana
1/2 Cup water
2 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Blend the soaked pecan nuts until smooth with the water and the lemon juice.
