Recipe: Wake Up! Green Juice

One of my favorite!




  • 3 coins fresh ginger
  • 1 apple, cut, stem removed
  • 1 lemon, peel removed
  • 3 large rainbow chard leaves with stems, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 2-3 cups water


  1. Juice ingredients and add water..
  2. Enjoy!


If you are using a Hurom slow juicer, cut the ingredients in smaller pieces to not overwork or break the juicer. Alternate between fiber-rich ingredients and other ingredients.
