Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews, soaked for 2 hours
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 cups pineapple
- 3 tablespoons coconut butter
- 2 tablespoons raw agave or honey
- 1 inch vanilla bean, scraped
Instructions
- Blend the cashews with the water until smooth
- Add the fruits and blend until smooth
- Add the sweetener, vanilla and coconut butter
- Blend well
- Enjoy!
Notes
You can use more or less water for consistency preference. Fresh fruits can be substituted with frozen ones when not in season. Soak the cashews overnight in the refrigerator for your morning smoothie!
