Welcome to The Raw Food Project!

The Raw Food Project started today. It is a blog about my experience with raw foods, health and becoming a raw food chef. I have been introduced to raw food in May 2009. I went to the living foods institute for a 10-days detox with raw foods. That was a transforming experience but that story will be for another day. Back to today…. I went to my new school to pick up my chef ‘s uniform. My new school is called 105Degrees Academy. It is a brand new culinary school opening it’s doors officially tomorrow. Matthew Kenney founded the school with Dara Prentice.
