Another green juice for the spring!




  • 3 coins fresh ginger
  • 1 apple, cut, stem removed
  • 1/2 lime, peel removed
  • 1/2 lemon, peel removed
  • 2 handful of spinach
  • 2-3 cups water


  1. Juice ingredients and add water.
  2. Mix, add ice cubes and garnish with some lemon.
  3. Enjoy!


If you are using a Hurom slow juicer, cut the ingredients in smaller pieces to not overwork or break the juicer. Alternate between fiber-rich ingredients and other ingredients.
