Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashews, soaked
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, soaked
- 1 cup water
- 1 peach, peeled, seed removed
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons raw agave or honey
- 1 inch vanilla bean, scraped
- Pinch cinnamon powder
Instructions
- Blend the cashews and macadamia nuts with the water until smooth
- Add the fruits and blend until smooth
- Add the rest of the ingredients
- Blend well
- Serve!
Notes
You can use more or less water for consistency preference. Fresh fruits can be substituted with frozen ones when not in season. Soak the cashews and macadamia nuts overnight in the refrigerator for your morning smoothie!
