Nut-Free Snack Jar

Ready to dig-in snack jar full of nutrients!





  • 1 cup of raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup of raw pumkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup goji berries
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates
  • Add whatever dried fruits you would like
  • Add nuts of your choice if you want a nut jar


  1. Mix all ingredients and store in a jar and leave it accessible for snacks at all time of the day. I have mine in my office!


You can add some spices if you want, however I like mine plain and simple.
