Ingredients
- 1 cup of raw sunflower seeds
- 1 cup of raw pumkin seeds
- 1/2 cup goji berries
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
- Add whatever dried fruits you would like
- Add nuts of your choice if you want a nut jar
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and store in a jar and leave it accessible for snacks at all time of the day. I have mine in my office!
Notes
You can add some spices if you want, however I like mine plain and simple.
