Seasonal juice with lots of vitamins!
- Juice ingredients and add water.
- Mix and garnish with some lime.
If you are using a Hurom slow juicer, cut the ingredients in smaller pieces to not overwork or break the juicer. Alternate between fiber-rich ingredients and other ingredients. You can certainly substitute yellow beet for red beet.
