Pear Frangipane is a fabulous raw dessert by our pastry chef Kelly. She is so sweet and very talented. The dessert is delicious, balanced, interesting and satisfying. I really loved the dark chocolate and almonds with the tart. It is topped with a maple cream and glazed. This is a dessert I would not mind having again!
