Simply Caesar! This Kale Caesar Salad is very fulfilling in every way. First ingredient: kale. Fresh and full of vitamins, calcium, magnesium and potassium to name a few. Second ingredient: Caesar dressing… In traditional Caesar dressing, one of the components is usually a dairy product and another one is anchovies. However or course in a raw, vegan lifestyle neither of these ingredients are used. Here is the secret: to get the creamy component of the dressing we used soaked cashew nuts. To get the “fishy” ingredient we used a combination of Dulse flakes and chickpea miso. The salad is then garnished with rosemary croutons and “parmesan” nut cheese. It’s absolutely delicious!
