Recipe: Almond Milk

Learn how to make fresh almond milk or any nut milk!
High speed blender, fine-mesh strainer or cheese cloth
- Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender except coconut oil until smooth.
- Add coconut oil and blend a low speed.
- Strain milk.
You can substitute almonds with any other nuts. Use the lecithin to keep the milk emulsified if you don’t use it right away. I usually don’t use it since I do just enough to use right away. Dehydrated the pulp after straining the milk to use as flour in other recipes.
