Recipe: Papaya-Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup soaked Pecan Nuts
- 1 papaya, peeled and seeded
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 Cup water
- 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Blend the soaked pecan nuts until smooth with the water and the lemon juice.
- Add the fruits and cinnamon and blend until smooth. You can add water to the consistency you want. I love mine a little creamy.
- Top it with a little cinnamon and cacao nibs.
