Papaya-Banana Smoothie

Recipe: Papaya-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup soaked Pecan Nuts
  • 1 papaya, peeled and seeded
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Blend the soaked pecan nuts until smooth with the water and the lemon juice.
  2. Add the fruits and cinnamon and blend until smooth. You can add water to the consistency you want. I love mine a little creamy.
  3. Top it with a little cinnamon and cacao nibs.
