Recipe: Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 lime juice
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 Cup filtered water
- 1/2 cayenne pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon Dulse flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Put all ingredient in your blender and blend until smooth. You can adjust the water for consistency.
